All orders are shipped via Canada Post. If you have a rural address, please ensure you put the address that Canada Post observes. Orders of $150 or higher before tax are eligible for free shipping. We ship within Canada, to any address within Canada Post’s coverage.
All orders are finalized after the processing is complete. We are unable to make changes to orders processed.
If you receive an incorrect item/order, let us know by phone (403) 764-6838 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and the error will be corrected within 72 hours.
Jacuzzi Hot Tubs of Calgary cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items upon delivery of your order.
In-store returns are accepted within 30 days on items that eligible for return – this excludes chemicals, parts, & ClearRay Bulbs. All returns must be in sellable condition – unopened, unused with original packaging. This means without cosmetic, packaging or any other damage.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON ITEMS LISTED ABOVE, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF INCORRECT* OR DAMAGED ITEMS. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
*Incorrect items are items that are shipped incorrectly by us. This does not include if you, the consumer, ordered the wrong part.
All returns on eligible items must be completed in-store unless an incorrect or damaged item is being returned via mail at Jacuzzi Calgary’s expense.
In the event that a product listed on the site is mistakenly sold at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, a credit shall be issued to your credit card in the amount of the incorrect price.
All prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice. We are not able to honor lower prices previously posted on the website.
